2nd and 3rd of April in Rome, indeed considers that the "crisis of the
capitalist civilization offers new possibilities for the communists"

e.g. the Lega Nord, represent the most visible manifestation of definite
economic and social tendencies present in the country
Italy is, compared to the majority of the other European countries, a
newly formed state, and if we observe it through mid-lenght historical
era, the actual secessionist spurs don't appear as flokloristic
eccentricities. Facing the actual processes of economic and political
centralizations derived from the EU, secessionist phenomena could be found
in different states, with the resounding case of Belgium in the heart of
Europe, blocked by a year of political-administrative tensions connected
to the separatist processes. ...

how much can it be so, to understand the specificities and contradictions
